As part of our work-based skills training program, we get formerly incarcerated men back to work immediately with an in-house, good-paying job.

Educational Opportunities

In collaboration with our mission-aligned partners, we teach our participants how to be a productive member of the workforce while instilling in them the value of stable and sustainable revenue, free from debt or outside funding.

Life Skills Development

Through collaboration with private coaching, one-on-one sessions, and mentorship, we equip individuals with the basic and soft skills to create he confidence necessary to deal with everyday life.
